Regular recipe was crispy and tasty, chicken quite tender. Above average fried chicken prices. Can go back, just didn't seem inviting.

Ordered a Diet they gave Sprite. Ordered a 3 piece Chicken Tender it was never put in bag. Ordered a Hot Apple Pie and got some strawberry cheese pie. I know things happen but that's too many in one small order.

I am begging the owner of this place to get a new staff. It?s not worth keeping any of them. I was a district manager in fast food for 6 years and there?s no way I would have this staff. They are extremely slow and non efficient. Nobody came to the counter for 10 minutes and when they did, a poor girl got yelled at because she explained to them that her order was wrong from the drive thru. She was also asked to return fries that were in a box with other food before she got her correct side. I watched these employees for 40 minutes waiting on 2 orders for Delivery and I can tell you 100% they do not care about that store or anyone that comes to it. Extremely disappointed in this location. If it is owned as a franchise I highly encourage the owner to get a new staff. I guarantee you are losing 50% of your Business profit by people walking out.

Love their original chicken sandwich. I'm not into spicy. Their chicken dinners are pretty good too. Like their redbeans and rice. Getting to like them more than the other Chicken place. Price like any where else.

I wish I could them a Zero Star!! The food was absolutely uncooked /Raw. When I called I spoke to one manger, She told me to bring back the chicken. When I arrived a different manger came outside. I gave her the raw chicken and the receipt. She walked inside the store and told me all she could do is give me $9.15. I paid $28.13 for a family special.. The lady in the Green shirt told me to call or come in the morning to talk to LISA the GM. They are VERY GHETTO, Rude, and Lack customer service skills! They will never see me or my family again at this location! Very Unprofessional..!
