An absolute diamond in the rough! If you are a local and have not stopped in you, you are missing! Especially if you're looking for a Pho spot. If your traveler stops in you will not be disappointed. I had the shrimps spring rolls w/peanut sauce and an extra large bowl beef pho with brisket and meatballs, I added tendon (for the tendon is the best) and put a stop on the trip (I am not a tripe fan). First, the spring rolls were super fresh and not dry. All vegetables were crisp, the Vermicelli was perfect and the shrimps were very tasteful. The peanut sauce was very fresh and had bold taste. The house made chili oil was spectacular. Great heat and the oil was not burned or burned tasting. Besides the plastered paprika. Now for the Pho. (Full disclosure I could eat Pho 3x per day) If you're not here now, it's your loss. This was by far one of the most aromatic, boldly flavored and balanced clear broth I've ever had the pleasure. You can say that they take care of the process of making Pho. The noodles were perfect and the sprouts were fresh and clean! There was so much taste that I can still taste it. The brisket was cooked both perfectly and the tendon and the meat balls. I usually add Sriracha and Hoisin to the broth. I didn't do it this time. (I dived my bride on the side) The staff was very pleasant and the service was prompt. I think the owners also came to my table and they were very polite. I've never been to Hanoi before, but I think it would have been such a thing! Go on what you do and change nothing!

It’s my second time to eat here. Food is very tasty and service is excellent too. I forgot my purse on the seat, when I go back to find it’s still there!

I almost sit in disbelief that a Thai restaurant in Alabama could be so authentic, traditional and delicious. My favorite dish is yellow curry, and it was amazing! Probably the best I have had throughout my world travels. The curry was flavorful and spicy...absolutely the best curry I have had in years. I highly recommend this restaurant not only because the dishes are fabulous but the people are very nice and quite interesting. If I could rate this place a 10, I wouldn’t hesitate. So there is no need for you to hesitate, go visit Keo and staff, and enjoy their authentic Thai awesomeness!!

An absolute diamond in the rough! If you are a local and are looking for a good place to have a piping hot bowl of Pho, do not look further. That's your Pho spot. If you go through a road trip and you are looking nearby to satisfy that craving it is worth adding some time to your trip. The chili oil was also very good and fresh. What a great find!

I always get the Pho, but last time I have green Curry Thai roasted rice and it was amazing as usual! I also had the rocket shrimp egg rolls. I think they have recently gone to their Pho, but still worth the price!
