Restaurant bewertenWhen I placed my order, they had only a few pieces of chicken ready. I could see the cook in the back preparing another batch, but when I inquired about how long it would take, he acted as if he couldn't hear and shouted, "25 minutes!" When I said I could wait, he casually told his coworker it would only be a couple more minutes. I’ve been rooting for this location since I moved here and have seen management change repeatedly, but honestly, I think it might be time to throw in the towel. Fortunately, there are plenty of other options in the area now.
We weren't asked if we wanted any sauce, and I forgot to ask because my child was yelling, "I'm hungry!" The mac and cheese had an odd taste, almost like cardboard, which was surprising since it hasn't been like that before. On a positive note, the frozen strawberry lemonade was fantastic!
I visited this place on Thursday, September 22, 2022, and ordered at the drive-thru. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The customer service was poor—specifically, a tall, light-skinned African American young man at the drive-thru was quite rude and seemed uninterested in his job. I ordered an 11-piece chicken meal, but the chicken pieces were unacceptably small, almost as if they came from a baby chicken, and there was only one breast in the order. To make matters worse, a Hispanic young man brought the chicken to me while laughing, which felt unprofessional given the circumstances. This experience did not reflect a business committed to excellent customer service or the quality of food they serve. It was a terrible first impression. Although I recently moved to the area, I would much rather drive further away for better food and service. I wish the owner all the best, but with staff like this, I doubt the restaurant will last long. Best of luck.
Don't bother ordering ahead as it won't be ready when you get there. Chicken is good but know what the experience will be and be prepared to wait. May be easier to just walk in and order I guess but when I arrived there were at least 3 orders ahead of methat were mobile orders.
Went through drive through. Asked for 4 mild legs, and a 5 piece mild tenders. Got to window and was told that they did not have legs. Now this is 5:20 in the evening at dinner time. She then says it will be 9 minutes for the legs to come up. I tellthem that I?ll wait and pull up to the front of the building. After 30 minutes, the manager comes out and says it will beanother 5 minutes on the tenders. I then go inside and get my money back. The manager just looked at me with this lost look. 30 minutes waiting on a few pieces of chicken is uncalled for, especially when they were not busy when I pulled up in lineinitially. Terrible management. I will never go back to that location again.
