Mrs. Fields - Atlantic City

I had to pay $3 for a single cookie. I usually take advantage of the "buy 4, get 1 free" deal, which would normally cost me $10 plus tax. Unfortunately, they didn’t have that promotion available over the holiday weekend. I’m really disappointed with what feels like price gouging during the celebration.

Today, I had the pleasure of being served by Felix. He is truly one of the best customer service professionals I've ever encountered. Felix is kind, attentive, helpful, generous, patient, respectful, and incredibly grateful. I could go on about his wonderful qualities. He is one of the most remarkable individuals I've had the pleasure of meeting and working with. I ended up staying longer than necessary simply because it was such a joy to converse with him and enjoy his service. He really brightened my morning. I want to give him a special thank you. I plan to visit this restaurant often when I come here. After experiencing a financial setback, it's comforting to know I can enjoy a good cup of coffee here. The staff is always friendly, and the cookies are absolutely delicious.

ATTENTION! ATTENTION! AVOID AT ALL COST!! The incompetence of this establishment is unbelievable. I ordered an online cake several hours before pick up as a surprise 30th birthday gift. When I arrived the cake was not even started and the employee for extremely rude and refused to refund my order. If this is acceptable behavior I am surprised they are still in business.

Felix is a truly exemplary employee and should be recognized for his friendliness, patience and product knowledge! Kudos to Felix. Thank you!
