Restaurant bewertenI was blown away from the service and the amount of food I had here during my visit. I was first served an amuse beech from tuna, followed by a basket of different breads with a dish served extra virgin olive oil, paprika, black garlic and parmesan butter. For my main course I chose the Sea Bass, which was deliciously buttery and flocky. It melted in my mouth, along with the butter asparagus and potatoes. Finally, I chose the almond and blueberry cake with citrus glaze. I paired my fish with a Lincourt Chardonnay, recommended by my server. After my dessert and coffee I got a plate of chocolate. Amazing! I highly recommend this restaurant for a nice date night or special occasion.
Recently I was invited to Azurea to try some items from their new spring menu. The restaurant is located at the One Ocean Resort on Jax Beach and has a magnificent view! Our first course was Chilled English Pea and Mint Bisque with a Benton's Ham Crisp . It was a very nice touch. The soup had a nice mild taste and the ham tasted it a little crisp. Our second course was...
From the beginning to the end it was delicious! Tuna tartar treatment, bread, Caesar salad and this Coriander Dusted Sea bass...OMG! Server Anita was also great! It's worth it!
Great food and first-class service. I was afraid to come here with our party of 7 for some of the last reviews, but I'm glad we took the chance. The service was perfectly explained by the waiter the specialties on the menu to take the orders at the time of the courses. Baskets of different breads with different dips and spreads immediately followed by salads. At the moment the salads were finished, the ducks came very shortly after. From the sea bases, to the Tenderloin, the salmon and the Kobe-Rind, everything was top notch. We ordered the family style sides of potatoes, lobster Mac and cheese, asparagus and mushrooms and all were also very good. I'm not really sure if maybe these people only had a bad server or what, but the latest negative reviews are no good reference to this place at all. I'm looking forward to the next visit.
Most of the previous reviews are right about the long wait. It did took us 10-15 minutes to get our drinks after we sat down. But after that, we came to understand the reason for the wait: our waitress really took her time to explain the menu and help me chose a wine. I guess that's the difference between fine dining and fast food. Over all speaking, I am very happy with the service. Not to mention the outstanding sea bass I had. Will definitely go back again.
