Restaurant bewertenThis location has been through many challenges during, while, and still after the pandemic. These employees try their best to be sure orders are taken and people get what they need, even when short-staffed. The manager goes above and beyond to help while ensuring everyone has a pleasant eating experience. This helps create a great overall experience for all of the staff working so hard. I had the chance to brag to the DM Mr.Hopkins about how great the staff is doing, in spite of this time. Excellent! Pros: Efficiency Customer Service Staff Friendliness Employee Assistance Suggestion: Perhaps support to staff with extra incentives, including upper management, for putting forth their best effort Bottom line: Be patient and know the workers are trying the best they can. These are the best Wendys on this side of the city. The staff is always pleasant and the food is good. Do I have a blessed day? Thanks for coming back? Unlike other places where they hang the bag out the window and slam it in your face without saying as a word. I don't have to repeat my order three times and it's still wrong. I'm going out to get to that Wendy? I'm on my way now.
Surprisingly for this time of night each item in my four for $4 was hot and I'm very satisfied
We love coming to this location to get burger meals with their awesome strawberry lemonade. The only issue that we have is serving us old fries that has been sitting under the light and not fixing the deep pot hole at the end of the second drive-thru window.
These people at this Wendy's was not very nice. I asked them for a 10-piece, freshly cooked, chicken nugget. They got offended because I asked him to cook it fresh. Check out the pictures on how it was served in the bag. They threw it in the bag, threw in napkins and threw it at me out the window. I hope the owner or the corporate store read this post
