Restaurant bewertenThe food at Tokyo Express was hot and freshly made. North Lake Mall is currently undergoing renovations, leading to fewer customers, so we weren't expecting much from the food court at the mall. However, Tokyo Express impressed us with their fresh and delicious dishes that were filled generously. The staff was polite and friendly, providing a warm welcome to everyone. We highly recommend trying their samplers. Compared to Panda Express (one of my favorites), this place was neat, clean, and well-organized. As someone who doesn't eat pork or beef, I found the chicken dishes to be the best option for me. The prices were reasonable considering the tasty meals. Both the chow mein and fried rice were well-cooked, and the spicy chicken was particularly delicious. The chicken and vegetable rolls were also very enjoyable. Overall, it was a delightful and long-lasting experience. I will definitely be back. Thank you, ma'am.
Upon entering, it is impossible not to notice the lack of cleanliness in this establishment. It is clear that this place is in desperate need of renovation or closure. I was extremely disappointed with both the food quality and service. Simply put, if cleanliness and a pleasant atmosphere are important to you, I would not recommend this place.
I used to order lunch regularly from this restaurant, but I have noticed a decline in both the quality and service. The delivery orders are often wrong, salads are wilted, and some items are not up to par in terms of quality.
I drive from Lilburn just to come here!! Great food, excellent service and a great price!! The staff is very friendly!! There is really nothing left at Northlake anymore but Tokyo Express has maintained!! Give them a try!!!
This is NOT a review of the food, but of the experience. I placed an order 4 HOURS IN ADVANCE for my family for Valentine's Day to ensure that they were able to get what they wanted because the store's running out of something has happened to us multiple times in the past. Guess what? They didn't. I received the phone call that the order was inaccurate AS THEY WERE PICKING IT UP!!! Had they not already been there to pick it up when I received the call that the store ran out of bread bowls, I would have cancelled the whole order! I told the guy on the phone that I placed this order 4 hours in advance and he was like Oh well. It happens I told him I wanted to cancel the order and go somewhere that has what they want. He told me they were already there picking it up. Why didn't I get notified prior so I had another option? How can you be Panera BREAD, when you run out of BREAD?! When my family picked it up and spoke to the staff about it, they said the people behind the counter acted like they couldn't care less. To think, I even included a tip because it was Valentine's Day. I just emailed corporate demanding my money back. We'll see what happens
