Restaurant bewertenAbsolutely delicious and unforgettable! While there can sometimes be issues with various aspects of a dining experience, we encountered one last night. However, the way it was addressed—especially how the server involved the manager—really impressed me. The level of care and attention demonstrated by the team at Cheesecake Factory made me appreciate their commitment to excellent service. Thank you, and we will definitely return! Additionally, as many restaurants continue to face staffing challenges in the wake of the pandemic, let's all be a bit more patient and understanding. Everyone here works hard, and it truly shows!
The hostess and our first server was horrible (kept ignoring us, no silverware, cold food, no bread, etc. , BUT Stacey (one of the managers and our new server Kim, redeemed the whole experience. Stacey was very personable and overall very pleasant, and Kim could EASILY give a lesson on top notch customer service...she was AH-MAZING!!! Thank you both for making our celebratory experience enjoyable.
My first time having brunch. I wish they had turkey or chicken options for the bacon. But waffle was amazing. Eggs I asked to be scramble soft but I guess it couldn't be. Overall very interesting visit. We were celebrating my friend's bday. She heard that CF does brunch and wanted to go.
Our waitress TOIA was awesome! Great lunch date with my girls. We called ahead and made reservations and the wait time was less than 15 mins.
We enjoyed a birthday lunch by starting it off with a couple of ?well mannered martini?s?, hot spinach and cheese dip, and chicken pot stickers. Our main courses were the Steak Diane and Chicken Marsala with Bowtie Pasta. We finished it off with the fudge cake and chocolate mousse cheesecake. Every item was executed well and so delicious. Excellent service as well. It was worth every penny.
