Live! At The Battery Atlanta

The atmosphere was fantastic! My server, Bones, delivered exceptional customer service. I will definitely be returning!

I’ll start with the positives: the hostess was warm and cheerful, and she seated us in the pit area near the bar, where there was a large screen for watching the game. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. The restaurant only had three other tables occupied besides ours, yet it took quite some time for a server to acknowledge us. She was nice, though. We ordered two glasses of draft beer, a burger, and upgraded to cheese fries. The fries were definitely old and cold, as if they had been sitting out. The burger was mediocre at best. When I finally managed to get the server’s attention, I asked if I could get some hot fries. She agreed, but the replacements were microwaved, which was unappetizing. Overall, the experience was lacking, aside from the large TV for the game. In hindsight, we should have sat at the bar instead. Given the cold food and the staff's apparent focus on socializing with each other, I don’t think I’ll be returning, especially since we arrived at 9 PM at the latest.

Joe, Lalli, and Jay were an absolute delight, and we’ll definitely be coming back to see them every game day. The drinks were served promptly, and they made sure we were well taken care of throughout the entire game.
