Insomnia Cookies - Atlanta

I'm 3 mins away with traffic from the store and can't leave where I am. I ordered before 8pm and it's now over an hour and a half that I've been waiting. Got a test message 20 minutes ago that it was on its way and after speaking to the store they said the driver went to the furthest location first. Therefore my ice cream will be a milkshake lol don't waste your money. I'm calling my bank about fraud next since I didn't get what I ordered and they don't seem to care at all

Cookies where hard and stale.. customer service sucks and the lady was rude. Over price and want never go back!

The customer service exceeded my expectations. Great cookies, vegan and gluten free options available and the inside is very clean. Also, they stay open really late. I would recommend and will be returning.

The cookies will generally be okay. But they will take long long LONG time to be delivered most nights. The selection is usually slim compared to most Insomnias which have special cookies. This feels like a location as an after-thought.

Really tasty vegan cookies, especially the double chocolate chip flavor. The chocolate chip is also good but I wasn?t a fan of the birthday cake flavor. The staff was really friendly and professional. I?ll definitely be back and recommend this place to cookie lovers, even the vegan folks out there.
