Restaurant bewertenA total gem of a coffeehouse in the middle of Grant Park. Great space for visiting or working! You can even rent private spaces for work! Coffee and food was delicious! Really nice atmosphere. Black owned Woman owned. Go and support this Diamond.Parking: Side street parking with a few spaces allocated in front of building as well. There is at least one parking spot for drivers with accessibility needs.
Drinks were average at best. Customer service was very slow or attentive. I didn't try any of the food so nothing to say on that. If you're just popping in for a coffee, I guess it's alright. There are not bathrooms at the cafe, you have to go inside the main building and walk down a flight of steps and down a hall. Not super convenient, but there's probably not much they can do about it.
Excellent breakfast in a great location. We had a brioche breakfast sandwich, a croissant breakfast sandwich, and cheese grits and everything was hot, fresh, perfectly seasoned, and super high quality. Caramel macchiatto and iced lavender mocha were also phenomenal. Service was quick and friendly. Will absolutely be back and would recommend 10/10.
Very nice staff. Quick and efficient. Only 3 stars because the owner(s) should consider giving the staff a little more help. The coffee is amazing and the food is delicious but the line is out the door...even in the rain! We had an error in our order and it was clearly due to the fact that the staff was overwhelmed. Super courteous staff needs help. Downtown Atlanta (major metropolitan area) within walking distance of several major hotels, GSU, Court houses, transit stations and several other throughputs of traffic require that you have more than 1 register. I'd be willing to bet that the cost of adequate staffing would more than cover itself by being able to accommodate the potential clients who aren't willing to wait.
We found this place as we headed from our hotel to the Olympic Park. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. We ordered coffee and something to eat for breakfast. Both food selections (a breakfast sandwich and a muffin) were very fresh and tasty, and big enough without being over facing. The coffees (small cappuccino and double espresso) were also to a very good standard. Prices were very reasonable. The place was clean and had a positive, lively, buzz.
