Restaurant bewertenHad dinner here with my boyfriend not so long ago and I have to say the food was FAB! We were wrecked after shopping all day and this was the perfect place to stop. The staff were very friendly, maybe to friendly at times in terms of asking every 5 minutes were we okay. Not a bad complaint but sometimes people just want to be left to eat in peace. The decor of the place is lovely and I would definitely eat here again.
I had lunch at this restaurant and everything was cooked fresh. The lamb tikka was the best in town and they also had good specials. The price for lunch was reasonable. I will definitely return.
The food at this restaurant is excellent, with a wide selection on the menu that is well-prepared. The dishes are extremely fresh and cooked to perfection. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend it, despite being slightly pricey. The quality of the food makes it worth the cost.
The interior of the restaurant was lovely, but since it was empty, the atmosphere felt a bit stifling without any music playing. However, as is often the case, once we were the first customers in, others quickly followed. Unfortunately, there were no coloring pages for kids, which may not make it an ideal spot for families looking for a child-friendly environment. At the end of our meal, the bill was presented on a plate, which was a unique touch. The Indian menu did not feature the chip specials that were mentioned outside, which almost led me to go outside to order again until I remembered. It would be convenient to print the chip and burger options on a separate paper and attach it to the menu with a paperclip. We were served poppadoms and two large dishes of sauces, which we thought were too big and might have been intended for other tables. However, we were pleasantly surprised when the waiter brought a plate of Chicken Biryani for us to try, which turned out to be delicious. The burger meals were also tasty and reasonably priced at €4.50. It would be beneficial for the restaurant to offer some sort of Indian meal deal, like a pick-and-mix option for families. The noise level in the restaurant was a bit high due to the dishes being washed by hand and left to dry on the counter, and our table already had six plates on it, adding to the washing up. There seemed to be a lack of proper hygiene practices, such as chef clothes, aprons, hair coverings, and hand washing. Also, it was concerning to see money being handled at the till by the person serving salads, with no clear access to the till through the cooking area. Implementing a staff uniform would contribute to a more professional appearance for the restaurant.
