Order placed at 9:19 p.m. 3 hours of waiting I decide to call the restaurant but I come across the messaging service so I call Deliveroo for the first time who tell me that they do not know where my order is. So I decide to go to the restaurant I had to take an uber because I'm not transported 13€ round trip. I'm in front of the restaurant and what do I see? It is closed. Deliveroo was able to refund my order and explains to me that the restaurant left the application open to order while it is closed. It is unacceptable not at all professional it is the worst experience. You are a disgrace.
