Taco Bell - Athens

Worse Service I've had yet!! Went through the drive through the lady was rude from the beginning. My order was wrong so i attempted to go in to get it fixed only to pull on a locked door at 8:35pm. Door says dining in hours are 8 to 10. They seenme with bags on my hand and wouldn't let me in. I had to go wait in the drive through to get the order fixed only for her tocontinue to be rude! I went to hand it back and she told me they don't take food back(understandable)! Then i guess the cookwas mad as well because she then told me they needed the food back! It was insulting as of i were lying! I tried to give itback originally. So I handed her the bag only for her to hand it right back to take food out of the bag and hand it to her. Disgusting all the way around. I only have 1 star because it requires you t have one

Its Taco Bells.... Not too much an expectation. Drive-thru took a bit, but my food was good.

Waited 30 minutes no joke after ordering. Not even slammed packed. Inside was almost empty, where i ordered. When i go to fast food i expect it to be fast.

The food was cold, the order was incomplete, and they mixed up my order. How do you confuse steak with chicken? It's frustrating when simple instructions can't be followed. It seems like the staff is unhappy with their work and takes it out on customers. If you're not willing to perform basic tasks, there are other options, like social security and disability support. Honestly, I would rather grab a hot dog from a gas station than spend my money at this restaurant.

My experience at this Taco Bell was quite disappointing. I placed my order and ended up waiting 45 minutes. I initially assumed it was due to them being new, but it seems to be a persistent issue. Additionally, the cashier had a dismissive attitude whenever I asked her any questions. She often responded that she didn't know the answers, even to simple inquiries. I'd recommend saving your time and choosing a different location instead.
