Dairy Queen Store - Athens

Initially, my order was incorrect, but I didn’t realize it until I got home. When I received my food, I didn't get the Steak Finger Basket. To make matters worse, my $8.99 Triple Buster was cold! I expressed my frustration to the staff, saying I couldn’t believe I spent $31.33 on a cold hamburger. They took it back, and I waited for what I hoped was a fresh replacement since it was hot. However, upon returning home, I discovered that everything had just been microwaved! I also didn't receive my $2.59 Texas order from Fritten. The Steak Finger Basket was stale and cold as well! I will not be returning here!

I ordered a Turtle Pecan Cluster Blizzard, but it seems they don't know how to make it properly. I ordered it twice, and this time there was no chocolate in it at all. I'm really disappointed, especially since my orders have been wrong on multiple occasions. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money at this place.

This place has its upsides, especially Taco Tuesday—that's a highlight. My family has returned several times hoping to see some improvements, but unfortunately, nothing has changed. I ended up with food poisoning from the chicken, and when I contacted the manager, I was met with excuses and incorrect medical advice. We tried again, but our order was messed up; items we didn’t want ended up in our meals, and when we asked for extra spices on our burgers, we received nothing. Compared to all the other DQs in Henderson County, this is definitely the worst, especially considering it's the newest location.

My friend and I stayed here during a day trip, excellent, friendly service. the food was good and the place was clean.

Chili dog, onion rings and a drink. Onion rings were extra tasty. Chili on hot dog left a lot of room for improvement. Definitely was not fresh. They were having problems with a printer. The younger CS person was calm and professional. However, every other person behind the counter was questioning her and treated her with disrespect . As a regional CS Manager I would have disciplined each of the disrespectful employees immediately. It's all about building a person up not what I witnessed. Thank you.
