Papa Johns Pizza - Atascocita

I am not sure if this is due to Papa John's or Doordash, but I suspect the latter. Our pizza was cold, oily, and just overall bad. It was a waste of $30. I will avoid ordering from places that use Doordash if possible. This will be the last time we order pizza from Papa John's website. We used to have a good experience with a PJ delivery person and the pizza was excellent, but today was the complete opposite.

We ordered a large pizza at 7:00 PM and went to pick it up when it was supposed to be ready 30 minutes later. However, we were told that our order had been given to someone else. We had to wait for a new pizza to be made from scratch. The girl at the front counter was not apologetic, unfriendly, and seemed to have a bad attitude. After a long day of moving apartments on a Saturday, we just wanted a simple and tasty meal. This was the first time we had encountered any problems at this restaurant. I typically don't write reviews unless they are warranted. Hopefully, they can have a better day and come back with a smile to properly treat their customers. Wishing them a better day tomorrow.

The pizza was fantastic! I really enjoyed the meatball and bacon toppings!

Absolutely one of the worst pizza shops I've ever made. a pizza on Thursday at 17.30 clock. the order said it would be 90min for the arrival. Why 90min on a random Thursday? that doesn't make sense, but we ordered the pizza. After 2 hours we started to get in touch with the business, but had no luck. pizza finally showed up after 2.5 hours and was cold. I'd say go pick it up or avoid this place.

I've never had a bad experience with delivery or carryout here in the past 2 years.
