Dunkin' - Astoria

There’s a woman named Kanu and she has a very nasty attitude. I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts 5 days a week. And today the service was terrible and I know I was talked about amongst the staff in their language. Never again will I patronize this specific Dunkin’ Donuts!!!!

I was at this place a few times just getting some donuts for my son and every time is a terrible experience. the dame has an evil attitude. after reading some other reviews I realized that this place has the worst costumer service.

It's dunkin donuts. not much to expect. the microwave sandwiches are not very good, but their coffee is really good!

The absolute worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The cappuccino was literally the worst drink ever. They were also extremely rude.

I was in town for a business meeting and figured I would visit my old neighborhood. Some neighborhoods just don’t change. I happen to witness the employee’s treat an upset customer poorly. If I was the manager they all would be fired. A customer came in and asking them to fix her order and the employee KANU was very rude to her and giving her a hard time. First rule in customer service is the customer is always right, second rule don’t argue with the customer. After the customer left KANU who must have been the ring leader for everyone else, started talking about the other customer and their language. Unbelievable, after I witnessed that I couldn’t even order because she was so focused on have a conversation about the previous customer.All I could say is that if it was my DD she would be fired and this is why I hate coming home even when it’s for business.
