Mcdonald's - Ashland

We recently dined in at this restaurant for dinner and had an amazing experience. The food was delicious, with a rating of 5 out of 5. The service was impeccable, also earning a perfect score of 5. The atmosphere was fantastic, contributing to a perfect overall rating of 5. We highly recommend trying their hamburger as it was one of our favorite dishes.

This restaurant, like many fast food establishments post-Covid, was clearly understaffed. Despite this, I must commend the manager for working diligently to make up for the shortage of employees. It had been years since I last ate at a McDonald's, and this visit reminded me why. The food was bland and the burger patty was dry. In terms of service, I dined in.

So I ordered and the person supposed to make my food is just goofing off for like 20 minutes. I’m literally just standing there listening talk about random things just having a conversation while I’m waiting for her to get up and meal. I ordered $15 worth of food and only got $7 worth so I lost 8 bucks of food then they had nothing ready so I won’t be going back and what mad me so mad was that the lady is just talking random stuff and I was waiting so you lost a few customers. What happened was ridiculous
