The pizza wasn't cut, and it didn't appear to be the pretzel crust as expected.

The pizza had a disappointing amount of cheese, and the thin crust was soaked with too much sauce, making it soggy.

The pizza was enjoyable—hot and fresh, but it could have been sliced a bit more neatly. That's the only reason I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars.
