La Carreta Mexican - Asheville

We absolutely love La Carreta!!! We've been numerous times and everytime has been delicious. The service is very efficient and cordial. We highly recommend this establishment!!

I’ve eaten at La Carreta at least 20 times, and their food is always good, as is the service. They serve typical Tex-Mex fare, well seasoned, and each dish is unique. The chips they serve are always warm, and their salsa, even though it varies slightly between visits, is always very good. 10/10 would recommend.

The food is pretty good overall but it could use a little less salt. the main issue with this place is the service, it's fast but my server looked like he was dead on the inside and not very patient. But I have also had the nicest server ever he even gave us some of his own homemade hot sauce.

It's a typical American Mexican food restaurant. Nothing exciting or special. Not bad and the service was good. The Chiles rellenos are what they are supposed to be which is why I gave the extra star. We will go back

Decent food. I had the chimichangas. Service was good. Ambiance is basic.
