Marco's Pizza - Arvada

I've been ordering from this location since it opened. All was great until the last couple years. I understand that COVID did a number on businesses so I've been forgiving, but the last several orders I've made have been wrong, or items were missing, etc.Tonight I ordered 2 pizzas and a salad. The order came missing the salad, no big deal until I called ask for a refund on the item. I was told they'd credit me for next time. When I asked for a refund again, the kid on the phone said management said they can't refund the missing item. I've been a loyal customer for years as of tonight I will not be ordering from Marco's again.

I've always ordered takeout so far, but the food has always been delicious. Their pizza reminds me of Chicago style pizza (not deep dish) where the pizza is hearty with plenty of sauce, cheese, and toppings- I'm not sure if there's a thin crust option to counter that as I've only ordered their regular pizza. Their wings are delicious, and their salad portion is surprisingly big. I've come back here a few times and I'll most likely keep coming back when I'm in a pizza mood!

Been using Marcos for quit a while. Love the pizza and usually quick delivery. However their app has leaves a lot to be desired lately. Won't let me log in and I can't use my couponsFood: 5/5
