Restaurant bewertenThis restaurant used to deserve 5 stars, but it seems they have new ownership, and what used to cost $10 is now $20. Additionally, there appears to be less sauce and fewer toppings, with an abundance of crust. On the positive side, the staff remains as friendly as ever. I understand that these are challenging times for everyone, but they’re tough for me too. Unfortunately, this will no longer be my go-to spot.
I really enjoy this place. The pizzas are consistently fantastic, and the staff is always professional. However, I do have a suggestion: I recommend bringing up the presence of some individuals I often see outside the Missions Commons. Every morning when I go to the gym, there are about 20-40 of them hanging around. I'm sure they aren't going inside; they seem to congregate near the outdoor trash bins.
This was our first time trying Marcos pizza, and while it was decent, it didn't stand out compared to other major pizza chains. It was somewhat similar to what we usually get, though slightly more expensive. However, the highlight of our meal was definitely the Buffalo wings—they were among the best we've had from a pizza restaurant. Because of those wings, we’ll likely continue ordering from Marcos. My only issue was that the pizza and cheese bread weren't cut all the way through, so we had to use a pizza cutter ourselves. Additionally, the pepperoni pizza was a bit greasy, but the kids really enjoyed it. Overall, it was a positive experience, and the delivery driver was friendly. I would recommend giving Marcos a try.
Wow talk about customer service, then going above and beyond that! They called that they had to redo our order which was courteous. Then they delivered our order promptly after. A little later we received another delivery which was the replacementorder. So we ended up with double the order. Such tasty pizza, hot and fresh, and great service! We highly recommend Marco's!Thank you Marco's!
Tonight, I ordered two pizzas and a salad, but the salad was missing. I thought it was no big deal until I called to request a refund for it. I was told that I would receive a credit for my next order. When I insisted on a refund, the representative informed me that management had decided they couldn’t refund the missing item. After being a loyal customer for many years, I've decided that I won't be ordering from Marco’s anymore.
