Horrendous! customers service is appalling! Very rude staff, undermining and to be quite honest disgusting. Will not be returning! DO NOT VISIT!!!! Shocking venue and awful customer service!

Very nice place, did not stay here, just booked a table for dinner. The food was excellent!

We had a lovely experience as a couple, a room over looking the high street with great views and a very nice meal. Will definitely go back.

Amazing historic building. The food was lovely, but the restaurant was just lacking a bit of atmosphere. It was a Monday night I guess.

Last minute booking as another hotel had let us down!! And I'm pleased they did otherwise we would not of had the opportunity to experience The Norfolk Arms. Lovely entrance, staff very welcoming (even at 21.30) and lovely room, 3 flights up to top of hotel but room 22 was worth the walk. Had a drink in The Snug bar and then had a good night's sleep, lovely bathroom and view across the roof tops of Arundel. Really special. Had an early start so didn't get to experience breakfast, but will definitely be back!
