The first good dishes. Fully peeled pizza. You cannot boast a gourmet pizza “scrocchiarella” when you make a pinsa. Have you ever seen a scrooch?? Excessive price considered the size of the pizza with 3 cm of crust. There's nothing gourmet. One tip: forget the pizzas.
