The guy on the grill was AWESOME! Our first visit but we will definitely be back. Great service great food!

Worst customer service ever! Ordered online went to pick up noticed when I got back to work one of the subs were missing. We called to let them know the lady said we are out of that item even though they charged me for it. Then she requested that I call back in five minutes because she was too busy to deal with my problem. Last time I will ever visit this location.

Upon entering the building the young lady (Avery)informed me it would be awhile, she had a large order(5 giants) she was working on. Promptly after finishing that order she apologized for the wait and proceeded with my order. She never stressed, or seemed rude, and apologized again as she cashed me out.The food was delicious as always !!

I had went to Jersey Mike’s personally for the first time. I’ve had their subs before, but that’s on big party orders, The staff was so extremely helpful and friendly. They gave me a two dollar off coupon and toasted my sandwich when they usually don’t do it. (it was deeelicious) They made my first experience very memorable! Definitely coming back

I waited for 30 min. First in line while the two workers took and filled phone orders before any of the customers standing in line. I have video footage. Poor training.
