Saucy's Pizzeria - Arnold

There was a mix-up on my delivery but the store took immediate action and fixed everything. Great customer service and even better pizza!

I’ve seen Saucy’s drivers all over Arnold lately and a few posts in a social media group, so we decided to try them and support local. I downloaded their suggested app ‘Slice’ and placed our order at 5:25p. It said delivery expected at 6:06p, latest 6:21p. At approx 5:55p the app said our food was on its way. Good food but don’t order online. Second party ordering system is used and didn’t display daily special while ordering. When asked if they would adjust the price the employee told me he would ask his boss. Upon receiving my order the employee didn’t mention anything about price adjustment so I asked again and stated that they couldn’t do anything since I used the online ordering. Disappointed. *Edit- ordered wings too.. regular Buffalo sauce and they came with no sauce.

Great pizza and the owners were awesome! Super friendly and patient with us, and even recommended a great little comic shop nearby while we waited for our food.
