Had bad luck with the Maio-Rostbeef. very good fountain drinks.

The delivery was sent to the wrong address, even though the number provided was linked to that location. The customer then called and provided the correct address. While the customer was waiting outside the house speaking with their grandmother, they received a call from JJ Delivery. The customer mentioned seeing a car or someone on the road, but I have my doubts that JJ Delivery was even there. When the customer inquired about the delay, they were told it would take an additional 40 minutes. JJ is only 5 minutes away from the house, so this is definitely not fast service. It was incredibly frustrating.

An hour and a half and still no food. A pizza would have arrived faster. They really need to work on their delivery times—zero stars.

Not at all "freaky fast." The sandwich was extremely late and didn't taste good at all.

Their hours don't match the website… Saturday indicates open until 9:00pm at 4:15pm locked down? What up? Need some consistent hours!
