Dunkin' - Arlington Heights

I normally would never rate a Dunkin? Donuts but the man who works the drive-through window on weekday mornings, I think his name is Oscar, literally puts a smile on my face every Time I visit. He is so friendly and goes out of his way to make yourmorning better. Also the coffee and breakfast sandwiches have always been tasty at this location. Oscar deserves a raise.

If you want day or 2 old donuts this is your place. Those donuts we had were terrible for a Dunkin Donuts chain. They should be thrown out.

The ladies and gents at Dunkin are wonderful. They are friendly, they joke with you. They are very helpful.

Every time I go here, it tastes terrible. I literally have to stop buying. the pumpkin signature wizard and is nothing as they represent it. they will not even add the toppings displayed on the menu.

It was a little dirty. They had a sign that the rest rooms were not in use but they said they were then the toilet wouldn't flush. Yuk
