Dunkin' - Arlington Heights

Not all Dunkin's are the same. And this one is one of that best. Great service always a good selection of donuts and the bright friendly service is always a pleasure

I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel with no cheese and hash browns extra crispy. Bagel had cheese on it and the hash browns weren't crispy at all. Even went inside to try to not hold up drive through. Would not go again

Kitchen was closed during lunch and extremely expensive coffee compared to others and wasn’t polite basically threw the coffee at us

Took forever in drive thru then got to window and employee had his mask under his chin. I ordered and paid for a medium hot chocolate. He handed me a very hot drink. As I drove away I realized something was very wrong. My car smelled like something had died from this beverage. It most definitely was not hot chocolate. I had to drive a bit to turn around and go back. Again had to wait at drive they. Finally get to window and there's 3 people at inside window. They try to hand me a drink that they claim was the correct beverage but I refused and demanded a full refund. I have no idea what they had given me but it was repulsive as were they.

I get coffee from here almost everyday with online ordering and the staff is always so kind and super quick. Keep up the great work!
