Chuck E. Cheese - Arlington Heights

I understand that this place is intended for children to play. But if it's time to eat a big pizza; and what do they call appetizers (3 wings a handful of frozen fries and a food or bread) is not worth $60.

People who work there are extremely rude even the manager.We felt discriminated because of our accent. Only uncaring staff work there. We had the WORST birthday party ever.No pizzas,no food,Chuck e cheese did not even come to our table,no prizes... We had to ask 3 time to get my boy in the ticket blaster. Nobody cares.We waited with the birthday boy on the line more than 10min to get some prizes.The young girl gave service to everyone but not us.She told us "it is 10o 'clock I have to go.You can come back tomorrow "and she turned around and left. Are you serious? My boy started crying he could not get anything. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Samantha at front desk was very professional and helpful when my little ones were trying to decide on a prize. Chuck E cheese made their day by coming out and dancing with them!!! Thanks for being amazing Samantha! Thank you a million times over.

That's Chuck E. Cheese saving a dollar. You will not even disturb us 6 for this small container and the rude girls in this place to fill it!! It is literally half of not more than half the original cup they sold a year ago. You should be ashamed. I'll never give them another cent of my hard-earned money! Many better places I can take my children without being RIPPED OFF

Be on Lazy stuff, rude manager. Eating is disgusting. Some of the machines are out of operation for a long time. Dirty tables and dirty toilets. Unfriendly, sad employees work there. I won't spend any more money on Chuck e cheese.
