Waffle House - Arlington

Mmmm Hash browns any way I like em. Order from the menu or off. Breakfast any time of day. GOOD breakfast. Great cheese eggs. Fantastic crispy bacon. Sausage cooked perfectly. Grits without lumps. And killer pecan waffle or blueberry waffle. Good food fast. Keeps me coming back. Oh, also, hubby loves the coffee.

The food at Waffle House is always good, but our service today was fantastic. Both the cook Chuck and our waitress Brooke were exceptionally interactive and friendly with my five year old daughter. The booth we sat at was freshly cleaned and sanitized just before we sat down. Our order was taken and filled perfectly, the food was delivered to the table fast, and my cup was never less than half full.

The food is great, especially if Chuck is on the grill. The wait staff is always solid and make you feel at home. Easily one of the best dinners in the area.

Had a rough day and most other restaurants were closed when I decided to eat here late at night. The atmosphere lifted my spirits. Hearing the staff engaging in banter and having fun among themselves reminded me of home.Ebony provided exceptional service, and was very kind to me, as she was to all other diners. Service like that can mean the world to someone who's having a bad day.Food was good too, of course, and very fairly priced. I came in an emotional wreck, and left with a smile and a full belly.

If you have good home cooking at a good price with friendly people who chat with customers, this is the place. Old Fashioned Diner best! The best caves on the planet. Don't you like grots? Try these smooth grits with sugar, cream and butter. Yum! Accessibility: Beautiful wide ramp directly at the front door. Not too steep and well marked.
