Spring Creek Barbeque - Arlington

When it comes to chain BBQ restaurants, it's ok. It's better than most stand-alone BBQ.

Hard to not give them a perfect rating. This location does everything right in my book. They always have impeccable service and the staff is very friendly. They quickly became a Sunday favorite of ours. You can tell that whoever manages/owns this place runs a tight ship and takes pride in the type of service they provide. The meat to highlight is the chicken. Their dessert could be improved by placing it on a bigger bowl as the ice cream melts it creates a mess that spills over the edge of the bowl.

Arlington location what 's going on... customer service has gone down the drain at this location. And quality of food. Young lady with dirty blonde hair working the register Tuesday night was extremely rude. Never paid us any mind, shouted out $46.38 ! as I am waiting for a to-go cup since the glass ones were so dirty with smudges all over them. Then she shouts it again, and I ask can I give my number for the rewards? She responds with Number? . Types it in, and asks if I would like to use one of BOGO coupons. I said yes please. She gives me the total of $25 and some change. Turns away for the 3rd time to talk to a coworker waiting to get her attention, I pay and the register opens and she 's still chit chatting with her coworker and then slams it shut. She was about to throw away the receipts until I asked for it. Put an adult at the register please. This was very rude, I thought this was spring creek not McDonald 's. Serving portions were terrible. Guy cutting the meat kept saying what ? as he couldn 't hear us, while the other workers were chit chatting, one loading a to go plate and the other doing nothing right next to him. Ribs had no meat and were full of fat. I asked for BBQ sauce and it seemed like it was inconvenience for him to pour. However I do have some positives to say. The young man loading the to go plate was very nice and patient with giving me my sides. And the bread lady was very friendly and nice. Probably won 't be back for the next few months when you get the new batch of hires when school starts.

Are yall serious? Like where is my chicken????… Don’t play with me or my big back, hungry as$. ? I also ordered for a second time. Just say y’all don’t have any more chicken and stop wasting my time and stop playing with me…. won’t be coming here and or ordering from here again.

I love spring creek..they offer vegetables on their menue and a lot of places dont..Alway good and fresh
