Chipotle Mexican Grill - Arlington

Overall not my best experience, patiently waited, even after the female worker had me waited until she was ready to make her door dash or grubhub order and when she was a person before. I understand it was a little linguistic barrier with her and if another person manager might take over and help translate and he was one who prepared my food. when he prepared my eating, I felt like I had done something wrong by just ensuring that my order is correct by repeating myself. if they go slam spoons, while keeping in preparation of food, then maybe this is not the job for them sir . has not felt welcome and simply pushed aside, will not return.

This location refused to serve my 4 year old son. Told us we had to order his quesadilla online only!!!Served us adults but 4 year old... No service!!

The worst Chipotle I've been in over 20 years and it never improves regardless of the feedback. Slow service, inconsistent portions, and an unfriendly staff. The parking situation is the only thing its got going for it.

The portions are toooo small when I asked the lady to add more chicken and I went to the cashier to pay I found him charging me $2 extra dollars for a bit of chicken... I would never go back in there.. boycotting from now on!
