I already love this place! They serve the best sandwiches, no doubt about it. What really sets them apart, though, is their exceptional customer service. We had a small issue with an online order because they ran out of ingredients for one of the sandwiches. They promptly called us to offer the option to either cancel the order or choose something else. We opted to cancel. However, I didn't receive a refund, so I called to inquire about it. The manager we spoke with, Lawrence, was absolutely fantastic. He not only apologized sincerely but also went out of his way to prepare our sandwiches right away. He even gave us some complimentary items as a gesture of goodwill. We were truly grateful for how they handled the situation. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!

I went in there on a whim since they are located across the street from my dermatologists. I was pleasantly surprised with my cheesesteak that I ordered. Tasted good and the service was great. I will be going again, many times. Well done, Capriotti’s!!

Capriottis is THE place to get a cheesesteak or a bobbi... thats a turkey sub with cranberry sauce and stuffing.. the Arlington locations staff are super friendly and offer quick service with a smile.. thank you
