Restaurant bewertenFood is always really good!!! Maybe a bit more attention to detail and less-sloppy construction of the burgers but I?m not super picky. However this is about LEROY he was out bussing tables and helping people with the kiosks? answering questions and offering to clear tables or get napkins, straws etc. And he did it all SO nonchalantly and happily!!!! Like he wasn?t annoying or in your face but he wasn?t sulky either. He offered to get us napkins and waters and THEN, he got a free ice cream for my toddler. Out of the goodness of his heart. I have rarely had service like this in any state? I feel like Philly customer/consumer service usually kinda sucks but this was TOP NOTCH. We love Leroy !!!!!
Don?t online order at this location. It took 40 minutes over the said time to complete a mobile order transaction, and it probably sat somewhere for that duration because nothing was hot and the milkshakes were completely melted
I really don't get it. Why were there lines to eat at Shake Shack? It's not that great! It is nice to have a place in suburban square to grab a quick bite when you don't want a full sit down dinner. The outdoor seating is wonderful. It's a good atmosphere as long as you're not sitting directly under the speakers. I love music, but you can't hear conversation at all if you are sitting at the tables directly under the speakers. We moved further away and it was fine. The burgers are pretty good. Similar to Wendy's. They were fresh and hot. The french fries are like frozen Oreida crinkle fries. They were really not worth eating. Pretty disappointing. The chicken nuggets were ok, but so, so fried. I did like the fact that they are white meat and not an extruded nugget like other fast food places. The barbeque sauce was not good. But I'm used to Rays which is so good. My iced tea was refreshing. It's not that it's bad, per se, but I just don't get it's attraction.
Excellent burgers ???? fast service. Reminds me of the good old days burgers and crinkle cut fries.
This was our first time at Shake Shack and we were not impressed especially with the $42.00 total (including tip) for 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 shakes. The burgers tasted ok but we?re sloppily put together with a soggy roll that was 2/3 off the burger. The fries were good but the shake was nothing more than custard spun around in a blender to make it creamier. Also, if you are dining in, there was nothing to put your burger down on aside from the greasy envelope in which it was served. Bottom line, with a little more finesse this could be a good burger joint but the pricing along with the not so pretty presentation will prevent me from ever going back.
