Amazingly good restaurant. I can’t believe I had the most delicious amatriciana I ever tasted for less than 10€. Staff was super friendly and food was top notch. I strongly recommend to stop here if you’re in the area.

What more can I say that has not already been said by other reviewers? This is food of the highest quality, prepared to perfection with the best local ingredients. The wine list is small, but excellent. Were this restaurant in Rome, Milan, of Florence, the plates would be three or four times the price but of not better quality. The pasta is handmade, the sauces (the crema di fave, for example) are extraordinary, the antipasti divine, and the meats prepared to perfection (al sangue). This is one of the best restaurants in the Velino valley and the entire province of Rieti. You need to eat here. Life is short. You owe it to yourself.

Definitely recommend this restaurant: authentic local food, reasonably priced, in a beautiful town in central Italy. The restaurant is small, so booking a table in advance is strongly advised.
