Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Antigonish

I have been a customer here for many years and it finally seems like something turned around at this restaurant. Before the last couple months I would have given 3 stars just based on the inconsistency but it has been perfect for my last 6 or 7 visits. Hot and delicious food, great order accuracy and decent wait times. The only fault I could point out is that often staff are pretty indifferent and there is an older gentleman at the drive-thru that toes the line of downright rude.. but they always get the order right and to me that's more important so 5 stars.

New to Canada, went for the First Time to DQ. We were the only customers there but one of the members of the staff was in no mood to suggest to us what the best seller is or what she personally likes to eat.Had 3 kinds of blizzards. I loved the strawberry cheesecake one.Not a place for vegetarians. They just sell French fries in the name of veg. Also the staff had no knowledge if poutine is veg or non veg.

Excellent staff , service, and quality of food . My dog loves his little treat they give him. I have never been disappointed. Excellent ownership and management I suspect.

The food at this restaurant is consistently great, with 9 out of 10 visits being satisfying. The dishes are usually hot, fresh, and delicious. Most of the employees are very friendly, particularly a young man who works on the ride. However, my main complaint recently is that the restaurant does not offer salad as an option for burgers or salads. Every other restaurant in Antigonish, as well as Dairy Queen in Port Hawkesbury and New Glasgow, serve salad. It's unclear why this restaurant is the only one facing a "supplier chain problem". While this issue may have been understandable in the first month, it has now been close to three months without any resolution.
