Restaurant bewertenIt was cold outside and on our first visit (we came here twice), it was the only one that looked like it had a table free on the inside. So, in we went. It is quite old fashioned in a Spanish sort of way but is kept very clean. Although our Spanish is limited we were dealt with in a friendly, patient way and on each day, we received excellent food and coffee – at very reasonable prices. I’d like to come back one day when it’s warmer and try their tapas later in the day.
Generous tapas served with your drinks but the service can be a bit slow! Try their Puntillitas or fried baby squib, delicious!
If you're after a proper Spanish breakfast , especially if you're staying at the Parador, try here. Great juice, coffee, toast, churros etc and you'll save 12 euros a head. Friendly staff and a great atmosphere. Open in the evenings too for much of the same all served by the charming host he has no English but that doesn't matter at all!
Always helpful and smiling, welcoming. Food good and inexpensive. Shady in the afternoon, which is a pleasant break from sun.
