Restaurant bewertenExcellent food from a great chef, lots of interesting flavours. Cooking and presentation first class although front of house service needs a little work. The rose water ice cream dessert was nice but the 2 pieces of brioche didn’t belong or add anything to the dish. Nut shortbread or tuile biscuit would be better in our opinion.
Possibly the best meal I had in my life. everything was impeccable. a beautiful amuse from the house, the best thunfisch carpaccio ever (inspired by a green papaya salad), the bougabaisse style ravioli was hard to share until I tried the croaker with green maul throw salsa. I did not intend to eat dessert, but was too eager to find out whether this would be amazing and oh young: the white chocolate, crème brulée with caramel ice cream not disappointed. in short: a great culinary experience in a beautiful environment.

Beautiful place, maybe one of the best in syros! The staff is so nice. The food also is excellent
