Restaurant bewertenOverall, I thought eating was either too boiled or well done. we also waited for over 20 minutes to be served only to eat. when we received our sack, he had already congratulated him on what is good. but it has also listed a proposed congratulation below. for someone who doesn't care, you can give double gratitude. it is a little shady! very expensive for just eating ok. I proposed to choose another place that does not break the bank and is still full with this other option.
Eating was hot and fresh, the service was very good throughout the meal, manager even past to make sure everything was good.
Server were very friendly. However, the meat was badly prepared and server did not know that their temperatures. we would ask for medium and be made good on a steak and then order medium and rarely get on another. I think we were served only 1 piece medium steak all night.
The first time and last time. we dined on a Saturday night and drove an hour to try rodizio grill and unfortunately we left disappointed. first the positive: not overcrowded and service was excellent. our server was julia, she was great. she forgot one of our cocktails, but quickly it had made it and was very attentive, super pleasant and friendly moving forward. the unlimited sides had a nice selection. the staff that kills the meat was super nice. cocktails were at the top. so they just want one point that the service was positiw. on the minuss. we read excellent reviews about eating, but last night when we dinned, the meat was rare to medium rare with absolutely zero season. the only meat that had a little taste was the top sirloin, but everything else was disappointingly amazing. julia told us that they had other customers complaining about it and the kitchen worked to make the temperature right. to happiness there was salt and pfeffer on the table. After they had asked for medium to medium weight, they came around with him, but the flesh had no taste, so we had our stuffed red and abandoned. we also saw other tables that got cheerful bread, and we had to ask ourselves to ask it halfway through our dinner. when we got it, it was hard and chew as if it looked like a past. we have dimmed with many Brazilian steak houses and this is a place where we will not come back. The food was fabulous especially the garlic steak. The downside was the service. Our server was not very attentive. We constantly were out of water and she was nowhere to be seen.
