Just came across this little place in Anna,Texas. I must say the atmosphere with the music is delightful. The music is upbeat and Greek I'm assuming : The restaurant has a quaint Cafe feel to it and there is a bakery counter right as you walk in with homemade baklava! A triangle of baklava that is probably a 3 inch triangle is only $2.50. That is an absolute win in my book. I had a gyro with seasoned fries. All I can say is it feels and tastes Absolutely Fresh: the meat is an abundance and the fresh tomatoes are ruby red and ripe and salted and peppered. There is a oil and vinegar on top of tsatzki sauce along with fresh red onions that are perfectly cut into bite size pieces and not too strong. The tea tastes fresh and although it comes unsweetened they have a simple liquid sweetener to add to your tea which is fantastic. I am told that on Sunday there is a brunch buffet that lasts till 3:00 for $20 an adult and $10 per kid which I will be trying soon enough : I must say that the young lady who waited on me is one of the sweetest young ladies I have met in waitstaff in quite sometime! She stayed busy the whole time I was there instead of allowing her fingers to find a phone. Awesome place and I will be back very soon!
