Subway - Ann Arbor

Had a bad experience tonight. I spent almost $20 and the food tasted old/stale. From the bread to the meat. It was hard to chew and I ended up having to throw it away. Hopefully my next visit will be better

Every time I go to this subway I have problems so this is my last time. Ordered a BLT and asked for just the bacon to be heated and to not toast the sandwich. Worker assured me that heating it on the bread would still leave bread soft. Well I just opened it up and it's hard as a rock. They weren't busy either so I'm not sure why he couldn't just do what I asked. Sandwich is inedible and going in the garbage and I can't go back to the store because my break is over. Waste of money.

Watch out for overcharging! The last two times I went here I was overcharged. The first time it was for a different more expensive sub (a dollar more). Didn’t notice until after I left so not much I could do and wasn’t worth the effort to drive back. Today I got a sub and after I got my receipt I saw an upgrade charge of $1.50. I didn’t get any extra/upgrades. Luckily I saw before I left, and was refunded the amount without question. There’s another review talking about being overchargedso there’s got to be many more customers not catching this.
