Restaurant bewertenOk tea but poor service. Expect 20+ mins of wait, or the staff forgetting the order or to call your name. Avoid if you can.
It might have just been bad luck but I thought the boba was tough and tasted stale and bland. The strawberry and fresh milk was a pretty solid combo. The interior is spacious and has tables for students to study and work.
I'm glad they opened a Sharetea here in Michigan. When I used to live in California, I would go there a few times a week for their milk tea, and I'm delighted that I can now enjoy the same great taste here. The ordering process at the kiosk was smooth and the wait for our drinks was short. I have no complaints, and I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area again.

My daughter and I went to Sharetea today and it was the worst customer service I 've experienced in a while!! First of all, everyone behind the counter was unfriendly upon entering the store. They just kinda stared at us and said nothing. That was fine, I can forgive that. But what I will not tolerate is rudeness. I ordered via the kiosk, and that went perfectly fine. After waiting for about 20 minutes or so, I got a text message saying my order was ready. So I walked up to the counter but was rudely told by Devya (I 'm sure I got her name wrong, but I know her name starts with letter D. Also, she was young and either of Indian or Pakistani descent) that my order WAS NOT ready, which puzzled me because the text message said otherwise. She told me that even though it said the order was ready, it really wasn 't, and that they were still working on it. Once again, I let her rudeness slide and just went back to my seat. However, her rudeness did not end there. Another Asian family approached the counter because they probably received the same text message saying their order was ready. This time, she was EVEN MORE RUDE and yelled at them, enough for everyone to hear, that their order was not ready. One of the daughters who was a teenager had this shocked and embarrassed look on her face, poor thing! That I could not let slide. I then heard her say, What was I suppose to say? to one of her co-workers who probably warned her about her awful attitude. When she finally called my name, I got my order and I asked her for her name. She just looked at me and hesitated to give me her name. While I was sitting down trying to enjoy my drink with my daughter, I could hear the whole staff just snickering and laughing, probably making fun of me, which didn 't bother me because I was more mad at how she treated that family. This is UNACCEPTABLE behavior!! I don 't care how young you are, or how bad your day is going, you cannot yell at customers like that! Even worse, she knew she was wrong, but did not bother to apologize, or show any remorse for her horrible attitude. This young lady and the rest of the crew do not deserve to work in any customer service- oriented jobs. Your products are good (I enjoyed the teas), but your employees are giving your business a really bad rep. You, the owner/manager, need to fix this before it 's too late.
