I love Noodles Co , just not this location! They consistently over cook their noodles to death. The penne and egg noodles have been mushy the last 3 or 4 times I've been here . It's been about 4 months since I tried this location. No change.I also got the pot stickers today and the sides were not cooked at all.On a positive note the staff at the registers is always kind and helpful .

Thank you to cashier Josie who was generous and so helpful to me today. Her boss needs to give her a raise and a paid day off.

We have been here several times, the past two times have been less than great due to the attitude of the employees.Prior to asking me what I was needing, my particular order was pointed out on the screen and the male working said to the other workers that hey it’s been here on the screen for 15 minutes, we need to get it done and if they don’t want to wait, oh well.Additionally, it is a holiday, I understand staffing issues, but never an excuse for poor attitudes.Overall, the establishment was not well lit or as clean as other Noodles we have visited.I really want to love this location since I drive 45 minutes to get here, but I will consider the Novi location due to service and employee concerns.

Not enough food for the price. Very disappointing.Parking: Hard to park,tight spots. Food sucked and over priced for the amount you get

The pad Thai was really good. However the eggs should be small pieces, not quarter size.
