La Soufflerie - Angers

We booked for the evening meal. The place is small but nice. The staff is very kind. The service is relatively fast. Salted or sweet blowers are excellent. We often tend to say the negative but I only have positive about the blasting. Don't hesitate to go, it's a very good address on Angers.

Very nice blows, a nice discovery. Very hearty then for small appetites I advise in dessert the little bellow (I have calé on my dessert yet.

For a first experience in this restaurant the result is positive. ham blown - cheese and blown banana exquisite rum. The wine responded perfectly to the meal. Nice welcome. I'll come back and communicate positively.
