We had a reservation for 6:15 at this restaurant. However, when we arrived, the hostess told us she would put our name on the waiting list. After waiting for 20 minutes, I inquired about our reservation and was told there were 13 parties ahead of us. I explained that we had made a reservation, but was informed that the restaurant does not actually take reservations. Our name was added to the list after we arrived. I questioned the purpose of making a reservation, to which the hostess had no response. After speaking with the manager, we were finally seated. It seems that the Open Table reservation system should not be advertised if the restaurant does not honor reservations made through it.

Every employee from start to finish was outstanding. I will definitely be returning!

The potato was quite small, there was only Caesar salad available instead of a regular salad, and both the shrimp and my husband's meal were too salty. The biscuits were not as good as they usually are. Considering the price, we didn't feel it was worth it.

We had reservations and it took them 40mins to seat us !! Very disappointed!!! They weren’t prepared

I told her we had a reservation, and she answered that they did not take any precautions. our name was placed on the list when we arrived after it. I asked what it did well to make a reservation, and she had no answer. after we talked to the manager, we sat, but open table should not be a reservation system advertising if red lobster will not stay through the system.
