Restaurant bewertenThe drive-thru staff were very rude. I was trying to ask a question to an older woman today, and she completely ignored me as if I wasn't there.
The service was quite disappointing and unprofessional. We received the wrong order, and communication was lacking. To make matters worse, the manager approached us rudely, impatiently asking what we were waiting for while rolling his eyes. It seems they have lost their sense of professionalism, and the service isn't even worth the price of a regular coffee.
My experience with the Vanilla Chai Latte has been hit or miss. Unfortunately, today was a letdown as I felt like I just paid for warm milk. However, I must say that the staff was always very friendly!
I went to the drive-thru since we can’t dine inside due to COVID. I made my order quite clear, but it ended up being entirely incorrect. The donuts were cold, and the service felt very impersonal—like I was speaking to a machine instead of a real person. It seemed as if the staff were just following a script without any personal connection or attention. I certainly won’t be returning.
I was hesitant about coming here for coffee after reading numerous terrible reviews, and I almost gave up on the idea. However, curiosity won out, and I'm really glad it did! The location is fantastic, the staff is friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is inviting, and the other customers were pleasant. Maybe I just visited on a good day? One thing's for sure: I will definitely be coming back for another visit soon.
