Bartels Giant Burger - Anderson

Was not impressed with the burgers at all The wife and I were wanting a good (NON FAST FOOD) hamburger and fries, so we stopped by the Anderson location. We ordered just a regular Ole cheeseburger and fries....hoping for a good burger....we were disappointed with what we received The service was fast and friendly, but the food was not! The burger patties seemed like they were wafer thin and they had no flavor. Sorry Bartel's we won't be eating at your establishment again. Check your receipt when buying from this store, I ordered 2 kids meal from the menu, number didn’t add up so I asked why I got charge $5 extra? They told me that the fries and drink rang separately on the meal and don’t have a way to change it, it doesn’t make sense at all, so I just canceled my order, won’t be back anytime soon for sure.
