Beautiful hotel, very good restaurant, lack of lighting at the entrance of the room to see clearly at the closets. the attention in hot morning water is very long to come (damage to waste as much water) . the pool lacks a cabin to change and not enough room to put to the minima business. the water is iced for a pool that says to be heated it is very disappointing. Spending just one day with ankle, we wanted to spend a nice time between girls while gentlemen were skiing. On Saturday morning, we call to book spa and care, ice reception on the phone where we are first told that it is not possible if we are not guests of the hotel. After seeing on the website of the establishment that it was possible we remember Saturday the end of the day. here we fall on another person a mr), extremely nice that offers us schedules, take our booking and proposes to transmit our contact details to the beauticians in order to agree with them of a schedule. So we arrive on Sunday morning, again welcomed by this same young woman as the day before on the phone, in a very disturbing and embarrassing way. it is we have rdv to by politeness, education, better to have qqqles minutes in advance than late). She tells us that it's not time, that we have to wait, without amability, without smile, without proposing a place to wait!! Carine, the beautician, come and get us. Whew, we're in good hands! super care, benevolence, kindness, professionalism, a moment of softness, well-being! She then went to get us towels, bathrobes and slaquettes and then went to the spa because the welcome lady had ignored us we were a little lost. A great spa, for an hour we've had a good time, great services, than happiness! our half day of relaxation was on the rdv, beautiful place, great spa, and very nice people who caught up with their colleague's lack of care. special mention to the mr at the reception Saturday afternoon and carine! We will certainly come back because the services and places have delighted us.
