El Pollo Loco - Anaheim

The food is DELICIOUS!! Ordered the family platter of mixed chicken 8 pieces for my kids (ages:10,3,1,1) with two sides; mash potato and Mac and cheese they each loved one thing from their plate. The MC was a little to cheesy for me but the mashpotatos were good. Would have loved to try the other sides. Definitely go here again for that and THE CHICKEN of course! Green salsa is SO good... (really hard for me to find REAL Mexican salsas), The double chicken tostada was also appealing and scrumptious ? My husband ordered the Chipotle chicken avocado burrito. He LOVED IT! (and he is very hard to like something he doesn't cook ? ? so it's a big deal. The reason I took one star is... first I'm not sure how to put 4.5 star ? Secondly... there was no changing table, so good luck for mama's with changing babies. Oh. Almost forgot.. you need a code to enter to the restroom. Nice feature... it does show a sign on the door for vacant ?

A coworker I went to this Pollo Loco for lunch. After waiting an unusual time for our order the drive thru employee assured me everything was in the bag she handed us. Once we arrived to work we noticed the churros we ordered were missing the Horchata drinks were extremely watered down. We tried reaching them at the provided number printed on the receipt more than 8 times had no luck. We are still waiting to hear back from them, since we paid for items we never received.

The customer service is good and they prepare to eat quickly. I was there between 11:30 a.m. and 2 a.m., there was a very long line and many people, and the staff made a good work to finish all the accusations and not that someone waits long. eating is usually good and not overcooked. I really like the combo special of the 3 tacos del carbón and the original pollen bowl combo. Currently they have different tostadas they have on the menu (juni 2022) and the baja garnelen tostada was great!
