Restaurant bewertenMy wife and I absolutely loved this place. We did some research before our trip because we were hoping to find a good wine place with small plates that was more than just an Italian restaurant that can pour you some wine at the bar. We were used to places like this from our trips to Playa Del Carmen and when we last came to Cabo over two years ago, there was nothing that could fulfill that goal. To start with, we were greeted warmly and felt welcomed the minute we arrived the first night. We had already had dinner at Nick San so we came the first night just to get the lay of the land and to have a few drinks. My wife immediately was happy when she found out that they had Moet Chandon by the glass. I went with their Pinot Grigio. Our waiter was Jorge and Rafael also was very cordial and helpful. So night one was a success. The bigger question is how night two would pan out since we were going to eat here. Jorge was there again the next night and we sat on the patio which has a great view of what's going on outside and is perfect for people watching. My wife and I decided to try their meat and cheese plate which was quite large and excellent. It really covered the spectrum of meats and cheeses. I also ordered a salmon crostini-type dish and my wife went with a goat cheese version. Again, they were excellent and the drinks were on point. We came once more on New Years Eve and Jorge was again hard at work helping us. I opted for the hummus with crudites and pita bread, the salmon crostini and my wife went with an artichoke parmesan dip. They do the small plates very well here. I hope that this establishment catches on and more people are able to discover it because the location is slightly off the beaten path. There just are not many great places like this that exist on quality wines and food while also giving a more intimate setting without being sleepy. The music is a nice touch and varies from Frank Sinatra to 80's. They don't get the foot traffic that a lot of the other places get and that's a shame. More marketing to the hotels would help as well. It's all about advertising in Cabo and this concept needs to get their name out there more.
Came by this place with a girlfriend by accident. Pleasantly surprised. The owner was so sweet and friendly, we ended up staying for a drink. There's not a lot of places like this in Cabo. Just a nice little wine bar to grab a drink and talk. They need to find a way to draw some attention to their place cause it's upstairs and downstairs is empty. Can't wait to go back :
Great little hidden wine bar. If you need a break from margaritas and loud music come to this quiet little wine bar on the end of the Marina. Nice modern decor, great wine selection and a full bar. There are also great little food options to pair with your wine such as Charcuterie and cheese plates as well as yummy looking flat breads. Give it a try. We did and really liked it!
